This beachfront home suffered significant damage after hurricane Ian requiring several new windows, all new siding, roof fascia and first level exterior and interior repair. Spirit Building Group arrived in time to remove water damaged interior materials before any mold set in.

Customer's requests:

1- Replace damaged custom made wooden louvered panels with a weather resistant material that stays cleaner.

2- Conceal the TV in the lower sitting area.

Spirit Building Group's solution:

1- Custom fabricated PVC louvered panels. Scott went the extra mile here and added a hidden aluminum reinforcement on each panel to withstand heavy winds.

2- Scott designed and then custom built the TV enclosure seen below to seamlessly blend in with the new louvered walls.
