This Bonita Springs kitchen project was a complete remodel, which means that structural walls were removed and reconfigured to create a more functional and appealing flow. In contrast, a renovation maintains the original structure of the space. Both types of projects require the expertise of a licensed contractor.

 

The homeowner's lifestyle and the entirety of the first floor of this home was considered as a cohesive whole before finalizing the design and finishes. ​

​"Tranquility is calling"​

​

This luxurious spa-inspired bathroom renovation features a combined tub and shower "wet area" with perfectly pitched drainage. The original stall shower was tiny and located on the right near the door. Part of that space was utilized for a spacious linen closet and the rest of the wall is home to the double vanity as pictured.

 

The large Italian porcelain floor tiles are carried through to the walls of the large shower area where the old tub was.

A sleek soaking tub, custom backlit mirrors, hidden cove lighting softened by bubble pendants and a sweet black chandelier complete the picture. ​
