Spirit Building Group Fort Myers is a licensed and insured general contracting firm specializing in remodeling,  renovations, custom carpentry and new home construction. ​Scott Beffert is the master craftsman behind Spirit Building Group and is personally present on every project  in the greater Sanibel, Naples and Fort Myers area. Originally hailing from New Jersey and living in Florida since 2022, Scott  has over 25 years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial construction. He has a deep working knowledge of the trades and an excellent sensibility and respect for architecture and design. Therefore, Scott understands and respects the way in which each connects to the entirety of a project. This experience and expertise gives him a rare keen eye for insuring that all work is safe, sound and up to code.​​

Construction is a noisy, messy business and life is different for you when people are coming and going in what's usually your private space!  

​

 Spirit Building Group uses industrial vacuuming techniques whenever feasible to reduce dust and is mindful of tidying up at the end of the day. To mitigate noise we keep conversations focused on the work at hand.

Untrustworthy

  • Took final payment & didn't finish the job
