Scott Beffert is the master craftsman behind Spirit Building Group. He has over 25 years of experience as a general contractor in every aspect of building from demolition, kitchen and bathroom remodeling to new home builds. Unlike most general contractors, Scott personally has in-depth knowledge of, and proficiency in, each sub set of construction from A-Z. Scott also has a deep working knowledge of electrical, plumbing and architecture and how they connect to the entire project. Therefore, Scott has a keen eye to insure that all work is safe, sound and up to code. He takes great pride in his work and has the rare ability to personally step in at any phase. Additionally, Spirit Building Group understands that your home is your castle and requires all team members to be respectful to you and your home.

Married to Wendy, Scott is a rock solid family man and proud father of two amazing sons. Spirit Building Group uses industrial vacuuming techniques whenever feasible to reduce dust and is mindful of tidying up at the end of the day. To mitigate noise we keep conversations focused on the work at hand.

Using a cheap and/or unlicensed contractor will cost you more money in the end when you try to sell your home & the inspection process reveals sub-standard and un-permitted work.

Homeowners are liable for any injuries sustained by uninsured workers as your homeowner's insurance will not cover them.

Insurance will not pay for any post-construction claims where unlicensed contractors were used.

If your contractor fails to pay any subcontractors, those subcontractors will place a lien on your home. Even if you've paid your contractor in full for the work, the homeowner is responsible for paying the subcontractors to release the lien.
